Keep Users From Canceling And Restarting Free Subscription

Some people seem to think their card is going to get charged so I have a few users that will subscribe and then cancel immediately to get my free clips I send to new subscribers but it causes issues on keeping track of users when they are able to cancel and sign back up multiple times in a row.
